Frequently asked
Where is my progress saved?
On your phone. Your finished levels, your coins, your Hearth Room and the cats who have come home all live in the app's own storage on the device. Nothing is sent anywhere, so nobody but you has it.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your progress goes with it. There is no cloud save and no account to restore from — that is the honest trade-off of a game that keeps nothing about you on a server. If you are reinstalling or switching phones, expect to start Willow Lane again from the top.
How do hearts work?
You hold up to five hearts, and one comes back every thirty minutes on its own, so a full set refills while you are off doing something else. If you would rather not wait, the shop sells a day pass: twenty-four hours of unlimited hearts, after which things go back to normal.
How do I restore my purchases?
There is nothing to restore. Everything the shop sells is consumable — coins are spent on furniture, and the day pass expires after its twenty-four hours — so there is no permanent unlock sitting on your account waiting to be recovered. If a purchase failed or was charged twice, Apple's receipt covers it: contact Apple Support, or email us and we will help you sort it out.
My coins or day pass did not arrive.
Reopen the app first — a purchase that completed while the connection dropped usually lands on the next launch. If it still has not appeared, email us with the date of the purchase and we will look into it.
How do I report a bug?
Email bartuyesilbag@gmail.com and tell us which level number it happened on — that one detail is the fastest way for us to reproduce it. Your iPhone model and iOS version help too, and a screenshot helps most of all.
A level looks impossible.
Every one of the 200 levels is solvable — each board is built by cutting a finished picture into pieces, so a solution always exists. If you are properly stuck, the hint button beside the board will place a cat for you in exchange for a few coins. And if you are convinced a board cannot be finished, send us the level number — we would genuinely like to know.
A question about privacy?
The short version: the game collects nothing. The long version is on the privacy page, and questions about it go to the same email.
